Archiclima resilient

What is RESILIENT?

The RESILIENT labelling system defines the level of resilience of the facility and the flexibility of the system in which the facility operates.
The RESILIENT label is an individual proof of the facility’s resilience to climatic factors. It introduces 5 levels of assessment resulting from the analysis of conditions in the architectural, energy, management and environmental areas. For users, RESILIENT is a confirmation of the facility and management system resilience standard.

The RESILIENT sign is a visible and publicly available sign of procedures adopted by the manager and actions taken based on them. Socially and ecologically responsible managers take into account current and forecast phenomena related to climate change *. They take into account design solutions that reduce the impact of the facility on the environment and increase the comfort and safety of users.

*The areas of assessment take into account 3 out of 6 environmental objectives of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June 2020 on establishing a framework to facilitate sustainable investment relevant to non-financial business reporting (ESG) . These are: climate change mitigation, adaptation to climate change, and protection and restoration of biodiversity and ecosystems.

The decision to grant the RESILIENT label to a facility is based on the Archiclima ASSESSMENT service result and is independent

After awarding the label, the manager receives a comprehensive manual that contains information and guidelines on the use of the label and the implementation of elements of the visual information system. The label is awarded for a period of 3 years.
